Warranty Policy

All equipment and machines come with a one-year warranty that covers component-related issues.

The warranty includes 100% replacement of defective parts, including structural and moving parts such as bearings, pulleys, cables, motors, batteries, etc., if they are the cause of the machine malfunction.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to your location.
*Please note: In some cases, certain parts may not be available in stock and may require waiting for replenishment.*

Exclusions – Not Covered by Warranty:

  1. Misuse or user-caused damage:
Any mechanical, software, or cosmetic damage resulting from improper use, physical impact, or activities explicitly prohibited in the user manual. This also includes damage from user disassembly or modification.
  2. Cosmetic issues:
Including but not limited to scratches, cracks in plastic, peeling of stickers/logos/coatings, and discoloration—unless reported upon arrival. Cosmetic issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
  3. Damage caused by environmental exposure:
Damage from water, fire, heat, wind, or exposure to outdoor environments. Outdoor usage accelerates deterioration. Garage storage is still within warranty conditions.
  4. Total loss not covered:
If major components of the equipment are lost or stolen, the warranty is void.
  5. No warranty for accessories:
Items such as cable attachments, flooring mats, yoga accessories, etc., are not covered. Please report any manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery.
  6. Rust disclaimer:
As fitness equipment is primarily made of metal, rust is considered a natural occurrence, especially in open-type gyms or coastal areas with high humidity and salt levels. Regular cleaning and anti-rust treatment are recommended. Rust is not covered under warranty.
  7. Lack of proper maintenance:
If equipment damage occurs due to a lack of proper and regular maintenance, it is not eligible for warranty claims.

Maintenance Guidelines (Customer Responsibility):

All fitness equipment—strength or cardio—requires routine maintenance. Maintenance is the responsibility of the customer and is essential for keeping the product in good working condition and for retaining warranty eligibility.

  • Inspect equipment monthly for loose screws or parts. Apply anti-rust spray to exposed metal areas prone to corrosion.
  • For all powered machines (such as treadmills and stair climbers), regularly open the machine to clean internal dust, which helps prevent motor overheating or failure.
  • Lubricate the treadmill belt monthly to reduce friction and wear.
  • Keep all equipment clean and dry. Avoid long-term exposure to humid, salty, or dusty environments.
